- Payments & Pricing
Payments for our services are due as per the agreement or invoice issued. Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be made in full and on time.
- Delayed or failed payments may result in suspension of services.
- Certain projects may require advance deposits.
- Fees are exclusive of third-party charges (such as Amazon fees, ad spend, or software subscriptions), which remain the client’s responsibility.
- Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information. Any data, documents, or account access details shared with Amz Eagles are treated with strict privacy and are used solely for service delivery. Clients are also expected to maintain the confidentiality of any strategies, proposals, or reports shared by Amz Eagles.
- Intellectual Property
All custom designs, strategies, reports, and deliverables created by Amz Eagles remain the intellectual property of our agency until full payment has been made. Once payment is cleared, ownership of deliverables (where applicable) is transferred to the client.
However, Amz Eagles retains the right to showcase non-confidential work (e.g., designs, case studies) in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
- Ensure that their business practices comply with platform policies (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) and applicable laws.
- Respond in a timely manner to requests for approvals, documents, or feedback.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact service timelines or results, for which Amz Eagles will not be held liable.
- Limitation of Liability
Amz Eagles aims to deliver the best results for every client, but outcomes may vary depending on market conditions, competition, and platform policies. We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, or profit margins.
Amz Eagles shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

- Termination of Services

- Clients are liable to pay for services already rendered.
- Any pending deliverables will be handled as per mutual agreement.
- Amz Eagles reserves the right to terminate services without notice if a client engages in fraudulent activities, policy violations, or unethical practices.
- Updates to Terms

- Governing Law
